The 257 acre site is located west of Fairmont Boulevard on the north and south side of Bastanchury Road with the City of Yorba Linda. The project is bordered by the Chino Hills State Park on the north, the Black Gold Golf course on the west and the North Orange Community College District offices. The project included the preparation of a Residential Land Development Plan and accompanying Environmental Impact Report for the development of 349 residential units, associated roadways and infrastructure. The community included the development of 290 hillside view homes and 59 one-acre estate lots with access to common equestrian facilities.

Recently developed by Pulte Homes under the Covington Heights, Kerrigan Ranch and Manor House monikers, this upscale community has set the standard in the area for new equestrian oriented development.
